TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

"Site", as referred here, means the site including contents and benefits which you purchase access to, using a username and password to log-in from Sharpshooter Studios.

"Member" or "Subscriber", as referred here, means the valid purchaser and holder of a valid user name and password from Sharpshooter Studios for log in to the site.

"Subscription", as referred here, means the purchase of a license granted by Sharpshooter Studios to a Subscriber for a limited time to access the contents of the site.

"Log-in", referred here, means the using of the unique combination of username and password by a Subscriber to access the site for a licensed period of time.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Subscriber is responsible for paying either monthly or annual subscription fees, starting from the initial purchase date, according to the then-current terms of the Site. In becoming a Subscriber to this site, you agree and our bound by this agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time. Notices of any changes to this agreement will be made in the terms and conditions section of the Site. Subscribers are responsible to periodically review the terms and conditions for any changes.

Payment is made with a credit card. All charges will discreetly appear on your credit card bill as "Sharpshooter Studios." Upon request, Subscribers will be given an electronic receipt via email or access to billing records that support charges for the Site’s use. In the absence of a request, Subscriber waives e-mail notification of purchase. All Subscriptions are non-refundable once a user name and password have been given to the site.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected for a like period of time, unless Subscriber notifies Sharpshooter Studios seven (7) days prior to renewal. Subscriber authorizes Sharpshooter Studios to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay the on-going subscription until properly cancelled.

TERMINATION/CANCELLATION

Sharpshooter Studios reserves the right to cancel Subscriptions at any time and without cause. Subscriber can cancel at anytime without cause by notifying Sharpshooter Studios through email, fax, phone or mail. When Subscribers cancel their Subscription, the fees are not refunded.

LICENSE

Membership to the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use by the customers of the Site. As a Member or Subscriber, customers are granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print copies of any information found on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use of the Site and its contents is prohibited. Site material may not be modified, used for public display, performance, sale or rental. It is also prohibited to alter, modify or remove any copyrights or other proprietary notices or trademarks. TRANSFERRING ANY SITE MATERIAL TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. 

Sharpshooter Studios gives Subscribers a username. Subscribers must choose and give Sharpshooter Studios a password. Entrance to the site is accessed when logging in with the combination of the username and password. For security reasons, Sharpshooter Studios will not release passwords for any reason to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Each Subscriber must keep their log-in information strictly confidential. Unauthorized access to the site is unlawful and a breach of this agreement. 

Sharpshooter Studios reserves the right to terminate any license at any time. The terminated Subscriber will be obligated to immediately destroy any information that has been downloaded, printed or copied from the Site. 

NON-ASSIGNABILITY

Usernames and passwords may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriptions are licensed to the subscriber only and are non-transferable. Subscriber must promptly notify Sharpshooter of any breach of security, such as loss, theft or unauthorized use of username or password. Until Sharpshooter Studios is notified by email, fax, phone or mail of any breach in security, the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the subscription.

DISCLAIMERS

Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communication equipment necessary to gain access to the Site.

The materials on this Site are provided "as is" without any expressed or implied warranties of any kind. Sharpshooter Studios offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error-free service. Sharpshooter Studios is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the information and material on the Site.

Sharpshooter Studios does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items on the Site. Any information and images on the Site are subject to change at anytime without notice.

All materials on this Site are copyrighted by Sharpshooter Studios and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. The Site’s material may not be reproduced, copied, published, edited, transmitted or uploaded in any way without permission. Except as stated in the licensing portion of this agreement, purchase of a Subscription does not grant or express any rights to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or proprietary information.

The Site’s contents are controlled and operated by Sharpshooter Studios in the United States of America and the terms and conditions of this agreement are to be governed and construed by United States law. Sharpshooter Studios makes no representation that the materials available on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and access to them from jurisdictions where the contents are illegal is prohibited.

Sharpshooter Studios is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber.

Bookmarking to a page in the Site whereby the warning page and/or terms and conditions are bypassed, shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the terms and conditions herein and an explicit acknowledgement of age of majority.

AGREEMENT TO VIEW ADULT MATERIAL

The Subscriber warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of eighteen (18) and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter this agreement.

This Site is designed and intended solely for adults (people who are at least eighteen (18) years of age), who are interested in and wish to have access to visual images that contain nudity. The materials on this site may contain full frontal nudity and should not be accessed by anyone who is younger than eighteen (18) years of age or does not want to be exposed to these materials.

All the models in the images on this site are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Proof is on file, but they are exempt from the record keeping requirements of Title 18 USC 2257.
