Complaints and Content Removal Policy
If you believe that any material on this website violates our Standards
which are outlined on our Terms and Conditions page or are illegal in anyway
and believe that the material should be removed, please address your

If you appeared in any content on this website and would like the material
to be removed because you believe that we are using your image/likeness
illegally or without your permission, you can email us to address these
issues at: comments@sharpshooterstudios.com
All complaints will be reviewed and decided upon within 5 business days. Our
decision will be emailed to the email address that you provide with our
decision and reasons for our decision.
Review procedure: After receiving your email we will double check your
signed release, giving us permission to record you/your likeness and giving
us ownership of the material we recorded of you and all the rights that
copyright ownership contains. Besides the legality of our right to use the
material on our website, we will take into consideration any reasons and
extenuating circumstances that you may have written in your complaint.
If we find that we have used your image/likeness without your permission or
consent or if there are reasonable extenuating circumstances that warrant
so, we will go ahead and remove the material from all parts of the website.
If we chose not to remove the material, and you wish to appeal, you may
issue an appeal through the same email address,

disagreement regarding
an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
